Espresso Granita

  • Prepare your favorite espresso. We recommend Espresso Fortissimo.
  • Mix the espresso with the sugar and fill the mixture into a flat dish.
  • Place the mold in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. When frozen, stir the mixture occasionally with a fork.
  • Remove from the freezer and fold in the zest of the lemon halves.
  • Whip the cream and mix it with the ice cream.
  • Now break the ice cream mass, fill the glasses and cover with whipped cream.
  • If desired, you can now decorate the dessert with coffee beans and pastries. Optionally, you can also sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the cream.
